How do I request the deletion of my account?
You can request the permanent deletion of your account from the app, in the “User profile” section by selecting “Delete account”, or by writing to us at preguntanos@alfamediaweb.com.
Which data will be deleted?
- Name
- Email address
- Profile picture
- Saved places and places marked as visited
- My trip itineraries
- Reviews, ratings and comments
Deletion cannot be undone: private content — saved places, visits and itineraries — disappears with the account and cannot be recovered afterwards.
Which data is kept?
We keep only anonymous data for statistical purposes. In addition, certain internal records (logs) may be kept for a maximum of 6 months for legal or technical reasons.
