From September 10 to 20, 2026, one of Salento’s most iconic flavors takes center stage once again with a new edition of the Trout Festival.

For eleven days, participating restaurants across the municipality will offer special trout-based dishes at a fixed price of COP $28,000, making the festival a great opportunity to explore Salento, discover new flavors, and support the local gastronomic sector.

Trout is an important part of Salento’s culinary identity, and each edition of the festival invites local restaurants to combine tradition and creativity in their dishes.
