PANACA: An Adventure Through the Magic of the Countryside
Located in the municipality of Quimbaya, PANACA is the world’s first agricultural theme park and one of the most representative family experiences in Quindío.
Here, visitors experience rural life up close by interacting with domestic animals, exploring themed stations, taking part in practical activities, and enjoying performances that showcase the knowledge, traditions, and daily work of farming communities.
What can you do?
- Explore themed stations: meet horses, cattle, pigs, dogs, small farm animals, and other domestic species.
- Join the Living Classrooms: learn by doing through activities related to milking, planting, traditional products, and rural life.
- Enjoy live performances: the standard admission ticket includes five shows featuring animals and performers.
- Interact with animals: take part in educational experiences designed to introduce children and adults to agricultural life.
- Explore nature: walk along outdoor trails surrounded by vegetation and Coffee Region landscapes.
- Try adventure activities: enjoy ziplining, Tibetan bridges, horseback riding, and an aerial cable ride for an additional fee.
- Experience Travesía 2.0: an evening equestrian show featuring horses, acrobatics, music, dance, lighting, and special effects.
Available Passes
PANACA Pass: includes one day of park access, themed stations, Living Classrooms, animal interaction, and five live performances.
Countryside Pass: includes two days of access, all PANACA Pass experiences, and the evening equestrian show Travesía 2.0.
Travesía Pass: provides access only to the evening equestrian show, which lasts approximately one hour.
Recommended Visiting Time
Ticket offices generally operate from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. During the low season, the park is normally closed on Wednesdays, while during peak season it may open every day.
Arrive around 10:00 a.m. to explore the stations at a relaxed pace and organize your visit around the show schedule.
Opening dates, performances, and activities may change depending on the season, operations, or weather conditions. Always check the official schedule before traveling.
How to Get There
PANACA is located in rural Quimbaya, approximately 30 minutes from Armenia. Visitors can arrive by private vehicle, taxi, tourist transportation, or public transportation connections from Armenia and Quimbaya.
When traveling by private vehicle, follow the road between Montenegro and Quimbaya and continue according to the signs leading to the park.

- Child PANACA Pass: approximately COP $76,500 online or COP $85,000 at the regular rate.
