From September 10 to 20, 2026, Salento once again celebrates one of its most recognizable flavors with a new edition of the Salento Trout Festival.

During the festival, participating restaurants across Salento and the Cocora Valley will serve special trout-based dishes for COP $28,000, each offering its own interpretation of a product deeply connected to the municipality's culinary tradition.

The invitation is simple: explore, taste and discover.
